Propeller Flange Nut 6403, Solid Bronze Casting only, does not include threaded machine work.

Propeller Nut Zinc Caps add extra protection to both your propeller and drive shaft. Propeller Nut Zinc Caps are held in place with stainless steel all-thread and two s/s nuts.

Propeller Nut Zinc Caps are designed to fit snugly against the points of standard Propeller Nuts. For best results, compare the point-to-point diameter of the propeller nut with the inside diameter of the Zinc Cap. In remote cases some machining to a smaller size may be desired for a closer fit of the Zinc Nut.

The Propeller Nuts Flange outside diameter "A" should match the propeller hub outside diameter or slightly smaller. Cement may be added to the inside cavity of the zinc cap to prevent zinc cap from turning.
