The Michigan XHS Delrin Sleeve C-Class 25–70HP hub insert is a durable interchangeable propeller hub designed for smaller outboard applications using Michigan Wheel XHS hub systems. Constructed from high-strength Delrin material, this cushioned hub sleeve helps absorb shift shock and reduces drivetrain stress while providing reliable power transfer and smooth operation. Designed for 25–70 horsepower outboards, the C-Class insert is commonly used with Michigan Wheel Apollo stainless steel and Vortex aluminum propellers. Its replaceable hub design allows for quick servicing and added lower unit protection in the event of propeller impact, making it an excellent choice for recreational, fishing, and utility boats operating in both freshwater and saltwater environments.
The XHS II hub system is specifically designed to interchange with Mercury Flo-Torq II style hub systems, so some compatible aftermarket brands may also fit if they use the same spline adapter geometry.
