R&D Flexible Shaft Coupling

R & D was established in 1973 to manufacture a flexible shaft coupling suitable for marine use, which was both easy to fit and competitively priced.  Since then the factory has expanded to over 8,000 square feet to house manufacturing by CNC Machines for the highest accuracy and tolerance.
 
The R & D coupling is an easy-to-install fail safe connector between your transmission and drive shaft.  This coupling allows for minor misalignment, flexing of the hull or movement of the engine while keeping your drive shaft aligned with bearings and shaft logs.  Also, in the event of a catastrophic failure, the bearing is sacrificial, saving you potential engine and transmission damage.
