SHIPPING AND RETURN: Orders will be shipped via UPS to locations in the United States and Canada. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will ship USPS Priority Mail. All goods are inspected and carefully packed when shipped. If shipping damage occurs all claims must be made with carrier, not with Getaprop, shortages and errors must be reported within 7 days of receiving order.
Inboard propellers are not returnable, as they inventoried in a factory pilot bore and are machined to fit your boat’s shaft size.
Returns / Exchanges
If the customer is not satisfied, we use the performance data to determine the appropriate replacement propeller through our 30-day pitch exchange program (Within the first 30 days of ownership, we will exchange a propeller for a propeller of equal value and different pitch for a nominal fee*. The prop must be in “like new” condition, with no dings, nicks nor scratches).
*Return / Exchange Fees
All Stainless Steel Props are subject to a fee of $50.00 each prop if exchanged for a prop of equal value.
All Stainless Steel Props are subject to a fee of $75.00 each prop if returned for credit.
All Aluminum Props are subject to a 15% fee if exchanged for a prop of equal value.
All Aluminum Props are subject to a 25% fee is returned for credit.
Please contact our Return Department at 866-790-7767 to request a Return Authorization# PRIOR to returning any items.
All returns / exchanges are inspected upon receipt, and additional charges may apply to any item not in “like new” condition.
PROPELLER WARRANTY: Each manufacturer will support their product warranty individually. Getaprop will facilitate the warranty procedure. In order to make a claim please contact our Customer Service Department at 360-299-8266 for a R.A. (Return Authorization) and shipping instructions. The R.A. must be indicated along with your address on the mailing label and the shipping carton should include your return shipping address, your daytime phone number and the original purchase receipt. Warranty’s do not cover any expense of downtime, haul outs, propeller removal or install, or shipping charges. All returns valid for 90 days. |
