885127 XDP Installation Tool

Volvo Penta's new X-Series Composite DuoProp Propeller is perfect for Volvo Penta 4.3L and 5.0L gasoline engines with XDP or DPS DuoProp Sterndrive. This propeller features a tensile strength 10 to 15% greater than aluminum, with performance to match. This composite material will not corrode or suffer cavitation burning the way stainless and aluminum props can. Composite construction also provides the ability to change blades too, dramatically reducing repair time and costs.

By changing blade sizes, you can customize your boat for the day ’s specific activity - a lower pitch for waterskiing, and a higher pitch for cruising. Different sizes are provided for different needs.


The X Series Volvo Dup Prop can be used in place of the "D" & "F" series but NOT "A", "B" or "C" Series.
